Amina Bentahar

I am a dedicated engineering student specializing in hydraulics and water resources, currently pursuing my studies at the Hassania School of Public Works in Casablanca. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in hydrology, fluid mechanics, and resource management, complemented by hands-on experience in various engineering projects.

During my internship at the Agence du Bassin Hydraulique du Sebou, I conducted a feasibility study for dam construction, utilizing GIS tools and hydrological modeling to analyze watersheds and topography. My proactive approach allowed me to contribute effectively to drilling request reviews and investment project evaluations, showcasing my ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.

In addition to my internship, I have designed a small-scale irrigation system as part of my engineering projects, employing PyWr for simulating water allocation scenarios. I am passionate about leveraging technology and data analysis to address water resource challenges and am eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the field.
