R&D Project Manager developing microalgae-based biofertilizers and biopesticides and testing formulations in crop field trials.
MoroccoI select microalgae strains, cultivate them in the laboratory, and manage research protocols for biofertilizer and biopesticide formulations. I also design and conduct field trials with tomato and chickpea crops to assess formulation impacts on growth and yield.
My PhD research at Hassan 1st University focused on Botrytis fabae, fungicide resistance, and agroecological alternatives. I also co-supervise student research projects and teach microbiology and plant biology laboratory classes.
