I've led HSE and SHEQ compliance across Debswana Jwaneng Mine projects for Veolia, Mentro Enterprises, Airsystems, FLSmidth Roymec and Fluor Daniel Holdings. My work spans underground exploration access, pipeline upgrades, plant maintenance, tailings treatment, EPCM construction and high-risk operational environments.
I build practical safety systems through inspections, risk assessments, JSAs, permit-to-work controls, incident investigations, contractor management and workforce training.
