I am an ISO-certified Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Officer with practical experience across underground and open-pit mining and site-based operations. I hold a degree in Environmental Science & Public Administration from the University of Botswana and several ISO and first-aid certifications.

I have delivered SHE induction and ongoing training, led toolbox talks and drills, and implemented ISO 45001 and ISO 14001-aligned policies to strengthen workplace safety culture. I have performed risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and developed corrective actions to reduce hazards.

My experience includes roles as a trainee underground truck operator and SHE Officer in mining, equipment services, and contracting environments, where I managed compliance reporting and environmental monitoring. I have also supported GIS-based environmental documentation and SHEQ program implementation.
