What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Salesforce role where I can optimize the platform, build revenue-operations and scalable automation solutions, and provide dependable production support across Agile release cycles with strong collaboration.

I’m a Salesforce Software Engineer with hands-on experience delivering and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. In my current role as a Salesforce Software Engineer (External Consultant at PWC – Belgium), I’ve developed complaint management capabilities in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case creation workflows, approval processes, record types, LRPS configurations, and Flow automations.

I focus on end-to-end quality—driving end-to-end testing, UAT support, and production validations, then providing post-deployment support and troubleshooting to keep systems stable and users satisfied. Previously, at Hello Better Digital (Sri Lanka), I designed RESTful APIs with Apex, built scheduled and triggered Flows, developed Lightning Web Components, and supported deployment readiness with Apex test classes and code coverage.

Earlier, as a Trainee Salesforce Developer at iTelaSoft (Pvt) Ltd, I configured and customized Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead and sales process optimization, implemented sales automation Flows, handled user roles and security, and created reports and dashboards. I bring an analytical mindset shaped by Agile development, release cycles, and production support, and I’m currently building expertise in Salesforce platform optimization, revenue operations systems, and scalable enterprise automation.
