At Toyota Motor Manufacturing Baja California, I plan material demand for more than 540 imported components and lead logistics planning and Cost Kaizen initiatives. These initiatives achieved cumulative logistics cost reductions of USD 37.80 per vehicle.
I also optimized inbound transportation by consolidating supplier shipments into full truckloads through Toyota's cross-dock network, reducing weekly truck movements from 10 to 8 and lowering transportation costs by USD 4.10 per vehicle. In supplier development and production control, I evaluated 12 Tier 1 and 4 Tier 2 suppliers and carried out corrective action plans to stabilize delivery.
Earlier, I supported production and logistics at Allegion and Tyco Electronics Tecnologías, including materials planning, warehouse operations, and cross-border shipments. I use Toyota Production System principles and Microsoft Power Platform tools in my work, alongside experience in inventory optimization and process automation.
