At Republic Services, I own the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework, designing, maintaining, and executing test suites across HR Services, Major Incident, Vendor Risk, On-Call Schedule, and Kudos. I’m leading an ATF maturity initiative to establish automated testing as a formal release gate and have expanded coverage into Security Incident Response workflows.
I also support platform health, upgrades, incident and change management, catalog development, UAT coordination, and integrations including Workday and LDAP. I built the “My Work” widget for the Employee Service Center portal to improve end-user visibility into resource allocation.
Through RB Software, I deliver full-stack, AI-augmented applications and ServiceNow consulting for external clients. I delivered LiTeRo, a lot sales control system built with Next.js 15, Supabase, and Mapbox, and developed a mobile expense-tracking app with Expo and React Native.
Across Altiatek, ITELLIGENT Technologies, Friopartes, and Aquafeed, I’ve delivered ServiceNow implementations, .NET applications, REST APIs, databases, desktop systems, e-commerce solutions, CRM platforms, and logistics systems. I bring practical experience across C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, ServiceNow, and agile delivery.
