I’m a computer science graduate with a strong interest in networking and IT, with a clear passion for cyber security. I focus on ensuring network security and IT protocols while staying fast, independent, and solution-driven.

In my current role as an IT Support Specialist (Desktop Support Specialist), I assist users with a wide range of IT problems, including printer issues, network troubleshooting, AD account maintenance, and computer hardware and software troubleshooting. I apply troubleshooting and investigative skills to resolve issues in a timely and efficient way.

Previously, as a Network Security Analyst / Information Security Analyst at First American, I monitored for threats and risks, acted on escalated security incidents, and analyzed potentially suspicious emails. I leveraged Splunk and tools such as Microsoft Defender for endpoint to perform threat hunts, and I monitored suspicious activity across employees’ user accounts and inboxes.

I also built hands-on operational experience in a Network Operations Center role, maintaining the network environment, servers, and telecommunications equipment, and supporting incident escalations tied to connectivity, emails, and inbox issues. Alongside this, I’ve gained cross-functional technical ability from web developer/analyst consulting and from managing a university computer lab to keep systems updated, stable, and secure.
