I lead technology strategy, risk, compliance, and operational continuity for five Marriott properties in Kuwait, spanning more than 750 rooms and apartments. I manage $1M+ CAPEX and OPEX budgets, cybersecurity and PCI-DSS compliance, brand audits, and business-critical incident escalation.
I've delivered hotel pre-openings and re-openings, standardized infrastructure, and led teams, vendors, contracts, and SLAs across hospitality systems including Opera, MICROS, VMware, Active Directory, IPTV, HSIA, and telephony. I partner with General Managers, Finance Directors, and owners to improve technology investment decisions, cost efficiency, and resilience.
