At Lara’s Collectionz, I handled customer enquiries and supported more than 100 customers through WhatsApp and social media. I managed orders, payment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer issues.
I also coordinated with suppliers and arranged deliveries, while keeping inventory and business records up to date. I created promotional content using Canva and used WhatsApp Business and Bumpa to support daily operations.
As a Classroom Teacher (NYSC) at Ivory Private School, Ibadan, Oyo State, I prepared and delivered lessons and assessed students’ work. At Lagos State University, I conducted undergraduate research using interviews, observations, and secondary sources, then presented the findings in an academic report.
