What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technical programs where I can bridge product strategy and engineering reality, stabilise ambiguous workstreams, and stay close to AI-enabled technology and delivery.

I've delivered regulatory-critical lending capabilities at Commonwealth Bank and large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud transformation work at Bord Gáis Energy, translating product goals into practical engineering delivery.

At Bord Gáis, I led the Chat and Knowledge workstreams through to on-time delivery within the approved budget, created dependency governance across eight teams, and reduced real-time system dependencies by 90%. At Commonwealth Bank, I stabilised struggling engineering teams, identified a 300% resourcing gap, and secured Executive and GM approval to scale delivery capacity for an on-schedule regulatory outcome.

I've also led cloud-native payments and data platforms at SuperChoice, built Agile testing practices at Accenture, and continue to build with Claude Code, Lovable, n8n, and the YNAB API.
