I'm looking to lead product-focused engineering teams delivering complex, compliant software, where I can align global stakeholders, develop people, and turn strategic roadmaps into predictable customer value.

At Thales, I lead the payShield 10K payments-platform portfolio across four engineering teams and 25+ technical contributors. I own a 12–18 month roadmap spanning 100+ backlog items and helped deliver key PCI, FIPS, and CB HSM compliance features on time.

I've built my career from embedded payment HSM software and cryptographic systems into product ownership and engineering leadership.
