I am a certified medical biller (AAPC) specializing in outpatient ICD-10 and CPT coding, insurance verification, claims denial management, and payment posting. I leverage EPIC and eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR systems and GenAI tools to streamline documentation and reduce errors.

In my current role I verified insurance eligibility for over 2,700 patients, improving benefits coordination and reimbursement accuracy while actively reducing claim denials and payment delays. I collaborate closely with providers and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.

I began as a graduate trainee supporting record review, basic coding and daily documentation tasks, gaining hands-on experience with EMR systems and practical revenue cycle workflows. I maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, insurance regulations, and billing best practices.

I hold a B.Sc. in Anatomy (Second Class Upper) and professional certifications including AAPC Medical Biller and HSE Levels 1–3; I bring a detail-oriented, compliance-focused approach to ensure accurate billing and improved financial outcomes.
