I've designed and shipped B2B SaaS and AI products from early concepts through public launch, working closely with founders, engineers, and product teams.
At Chad, I was the sole founding designer behind an AI customer-support platform for Shopify merchants, designing both the customer-facing AI Widget and merchant dashboard. Within two months of launch, 43% of support requests were automated, reducing tickets requiring human intervention.
At Augmentum Advisory, I'm leading the design of Jupiter, an internal system that captures senior consultants' reasoning as structured cases and guides analysts through diagnostic questioning. I built its Figma design system and directed implementation with VS Code, Claude Code, and Vercel for live stakeholder testing.
I've also designed underwriting and due-diligence workflows at Kopa, contributed to Okra's rebrand and design system, and developed my product thinking through the Kimoyo Fellowship, including sponsored work for Netflix, Paystack, and Cowrywise.
