What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach or support customers through digital platforms, communicate cross-culturally, and contribute to research-informed work with clear processes, training, and room to grow.

I’m an online English teacher with over five years of virtual customer service experience, focused on turning inquiries into lasting learner relationships. I handle scheduling and billing questions on digital platforms and use phone sales techniques to upsell lesson packages and secure enrollments.

I combine cross-cultural communication with strong teaching facilitation to keep learners engaged. I assess language proficiency, deliver constructive feedback, and adapt lesson methods to different communication styles—successfully delivering over 1,000 online classes with positive learner feedback.
