I’m a dedicated, responsible professional known for high integrity, reliable delivery, and a strong work ethic. I work confidently both independently and as part of a team, stepping up to lead when needed and supporting others to achieve shared goals.

With experience in education and media, I bring clear communication to every interaction. I’ve prepared and presented broadcast content, recorded voice-overs, and supported script writing, while also teaching English from Grade 1 to Grade 6 through engaging, practical learning activities.

Since 2011, I’ve founded and managed a home bakery as an Owner | Baker | Bakery & Pastry Consultant. I oversee daily operations, develop and test recipes for consistent quality and innovation, and specialize in cakes, breads, pastries, and artistic jelly desserts.

I also conduct baking and Jelly Art workshops, provide consultations on bakery products and techniques, and mentor individuals and small businesses. Alongside product creation, I handle sales & marketing, product promotion, brand development, negotiation, and customer relationship management—so clients get both great results and strong ongoing support.
