Owned the product roadmap and backlog for a live crypto and gift-card exchange, sequencing virtual card, merchant checkout, and an education vertical using RICE and MoSCoW. Led sprint cadences and release coordination with a cross-functional team, authoring PRDs and user stories and iterating on onboarding and funnel-adjacent features based on post-release engagement data.

Led product discovery and data-driven analysis for a three-sided marketplace (customer, merchant, rider), defining product vision with cross-functional stakeholders. Owned Agile roadmap and backlog prioritization, authored PRDs and acceptance criteria, and facilitated sprint planning and backlog refinement with engineering, design, and QA.

Anchored live radio and co-hosted television programmes in deadline-driven broadcast environments. Built communication and audience-centered thinking skills applied to stakeholder engagement.

Coordinated cross-departmental operations for the Speaker's office across multiple parallel workstreams under tight deadlines without formal authority. Served as a translation point between senior stakeholders and execution teams, standardizing task tracking and prioritization systems to improve visibility.
