I’m looking to support and improve 24/7/365 high-availability operations, especially with overnight/night-shift coverage, where I can troubleshoot via logs, harden infrastructure, and run automated, compliant release and deployment workflows.

I’m a detail-oriented Systems and Application Support Specialist with over a decade of foundational OS literacy across Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL) and advanced Windows desktop environments. I’ve consistently managed production infrastructure uptime, executed data compliance workflows, and containerized legacy architectures using Podman and HashiCorp Nomad.

I’m highly analytical at parsing application logs, navigating network topologies, and bridging user-facing issues to backend infrastructure.
