I’m a Microsoft-certified Power Platform Engineer with over five years of experience designing, administering, and governing enterprise Power Platform environments across banking, fintech, and technology.
I enjoy operating as both a hands-on developer and a solution architect—so I can set up the governance framework and then build the actual solutions inside it. At Interswitch Group, I designed and implemented the organisation’s first formal Power Platform governance structure, including environment strategy, DLP policies, Dataverse security roles, and managed solution lifecycle management.
I also led the build of an enterprise KYC Compliance Platform on Power Apps (Model-Driven) and Dataverse covering 50-plus products, which became the organisation’s sole unified compliance onboarding system. I automated KYC document extraction and routing using AI Builder workflows integrated with Power Automate, and I enabled real-time identity verification and sanctions screening through Custom Connectors using Refinitiv World-Check and YouVerify APIs.
Across Fidelity Bank, I delivered and supported multiple production Power Apps used daily by the compliance function, built Power BI dashboards connected to SharePoint and SQL Server, and designed Power Automate flows for approvals and regulatory notifications. I’ve also supported adoption through structured training, and earlier roles strengthened my foundation by building Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities from the ground up.
