What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can use my analytical, customer service, and accuracy-focused experience to improve customer satisfaction, support smooth operations, and drive measurable results through reporting, KPI tracking, and strong teamwork.

I’m a detail-oriented and analytical Statistics graduate with hands-on experience in quality control, customer service, and cash handling. I bring a strong track record of data interpretation, problem-solving, and maintaining high service standards in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Sales Coordinator/Supervisor at Gasland Nigeria Limited, I handle customer orders with accurate documentation and support smooth overseas daily operations. I supervise daily operations, drive sales in a newly launched branch, and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.

I also prepare and analyze sales data for reports and decision support, while maintaining sales records to support operational efficiency. Earlier, as a Cashier, I ensured accuracy across cash, card, and other payment methods, including cash drawer balance reconciliation and transaction recordkeeping.

Before that, I built customer service performance through a call center role as a Customer Service Representative, handling high-volume calls, meeting KPI targets, and documenting interactions in a CRM system for tracking and follow-up. I’ve also served as a Class Teacher (NYSC), preparing lessons aligned to curriculum and creating positive learning environments—experiences that sharpen my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
