I've delivered quality assurance and test automation for Rightsline's enterprise SaaS rights-management and royalty-processing workflows, validating UI, API, and database transactions while migrating end-to-end tests from Cypress to Playwright with TypeScript.

Across Qbase Tekno Service's SEABaaS and Mizan Core Banking projects for Sterling Bank, M-KOPA, VFD Microfinance Bank, AB InBev, GIG Logistics, Yellow Card Financial, and Showlexware, I've tested banking, payments, financial, logistics, mobile, and web products. I've built UI and API regression frameworks, integrated continuous testing into GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, and used JMeter and k6 to identify performance bottlenecks before releases.

I work closely with engineers, product teams, business analysts, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery, bringing shift-left testing, clear defect investigation, and release-readiness discipline. I'm now based in Hamilton and looking to contribute this international QA experience to Canadian technology teams.
