At Deloitte, I developed AURA’s product strategy and go-to-market approach, reframing an agentic-commerce platform as a retailer enablement product. I also built its working prototype, validating the end-to-end B2B and B2C order flow.
For Ecolab, I redesigned roadmap prioritization across its merged Water and Hygiene divisions and surfaced a high-risk requirement ahead of schedule. I also developed a phased GenAI adoption program that converted early efficiency gains into $1M of additional project scope.
At Deloitte, I directed Voya’s functional prototype and helped position its AI travel-concierge capability as a business opportunity. I also pitched CartPilot to retail clients, addressing the need to avoid an app rebuild and securing funding and approval.
In the Indian Army, I owned the product strategy for a ₹10 Cr E-Procurement Module, turning a 23-day manual process into a digital capability and reducing the cycle time to 7 days. Earlier, at TCS, I administered database infrastructure for the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India.
