I'm leading an end-to-end Odoo rollout for a manufacturing client at Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountants, designing multi-warehouse and multi-currency architecture, resolving inventory traceability issues, and securing formal sign-off on the BRD and system design.
Across ERPNext and locally developed ERP implementations, I've migrated PKR 6+ billion in sales data, configured finance, sales, procurement, HR, operations, and inventory workflows, and delivered projects for LPG distribution, manufacturing, housing, retail, and government clients. I also bring a finance and accounting foundation and experience coordinating multi-site LPG/SNG plant installations.
