Omer Husni

My name is Omer Alhusni, and I am an aspiring agricultural professional currently pursuing my Master’s in Integrated Pest Management at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari, Italy. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Protection from the University of Jordan, I have developed a strong foundation in pest management and agricultural practices.

Throughout my academic journey, I have gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Jordan, where I supported research in the Mycology Laboratory and Entomology Museum. My role involved insect collection, identification, and sample preparation, which honed my skills in pest management and field sampling. Additionally, my internship at the University of Jordan's Research Station allowed me to participate in training on plant and animal production, irrigation, and mechanization, further enhancing my practical knowledge in the field.

I am detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills in English, and I thrive in multicultural environments. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to a dynamic team in the agriculture sector, focusing on plant protection and entomology.
