At Quest Diagnostics, I serve as the primary Billing QA Specialist for critical healthcare billing projects, performing functional testing on applications, API testing, and database validation through SQL. I also validated healthcare data, insurance coordination, billing integrations, accession creation through the MyQuest UI, and CMS compliance, while leveraging AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate test maintenance and debugging.

I led end-to-end testing efforts for critical healthcare initiatives, ensuring smooth coverage across ordering, specimen processing, reporting, and billing workflows. I also provided daily progress updates to the team, clearly communicating defects, blockers, and testing status with detailed information to keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.

I use Postman, SQL, Rest Assured, Selenium WebDriver, Jira, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot to build and maintain manual and automated test coverage. I also validate data integrity across distributed systems, including patient demographics, claim submissions, denials, and billing records.

Previously, I automated testing for a mobile learning management system across Android and iOS, adding functional, regression, end-to-end, performance, and load coverage.
