At Pearl Healthcare Group – Capricorn Cottage, I provide person-centred support to adults living with dementia and mental health difficulties. I communicate with service users, families and colleagues, and maintain confidential care records, care plans and risk assessments.
I administer medication and document it on MAR charts, following strict procedures. I also coordinate daily schedules and handovers within the team.
Earlier, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician and Branch Manager in Nigeria, handling customer enquiries, staff rotas, stock records and invoices. I’m seeking an administrative, customer support or telehealth support role where I can use my organisation and healthcare knowledge.
