I’m a results-driven Java Developer with 5+ years of experience building and maintaining high-performance backend systems in fintech and banking environments. I focus on scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-deployed applications that drive measurable business outcomes.

At Rova (FCMB), I architect and develop backend services for management dashboards and payments platforms using Spring Boot and Java 17. I design and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party financial services, containerize with Docker, and deploy to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) while automating release cycles through CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Previously at Union Bank of Nigeria, I developed customer-facing banking applications with Java, Spring MVC, Springboot, and Hibernate, and built RESTful microservices to reduce transaction processing latency using query optimization and caching. I also strengthen security and compliance in highly regulated environments by implementing security best practices like JWT and OAuth2, working closely with compliance and security teams throughout delivery.
