I’m looking for a role where I can design systems-driven, workflow-heavy product experiences in regulated, high-trust environments—translating specs and backend constraints into reliable UX—while partnering with Engineering and QA to improve resilience and release velocity.

I’m a systems-driven Product Designer with 5 years of experience designing complex, workflow-heavy platforms in regulated, high-trust environments. I specialise in making intricate system behaviour legible, predictable, and usable—especially where reliability and financial integrity matter.

At MULTIGATE, I own product design strategy across compliance and transaction monitoring systems in trade finance. I lead workflow design for investigation, screening, and decision-making, and I balance user experience with risk mitigation and operational scalability.

I partner closely with Compliance, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to anticipate failure modes, define clear state communication, and improve operational resilience. I also reduce implementation ambiguity by documenting detailed interaction logic, validation flows, and state behaviour for audit requirements, partial failures, and access restrictions.

Earlier, I worked as a sole product designer and UX designer across workflow-based web platforms, handling end-to-end discovery through high-fidelity delivery. My background is grounded in user research, information architecture, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration—supported by a BSc in Computer Science.
