What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product design role where I can lead UX research and usability testing, simplify complex workflows, and build conversion-driven web and mobile experiences with strong cross-functional teams.

I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience solving problems across fintech and several portfolio sectors. I focus on creating usable digital products by applying UX best practices, evolving trends, and real user insights.

In my current role as a Senior Product Designer, I design intuitive, conversion-driven user experiences for a multi-service organization spanning cryptocurrency exchange, forex trading, and digital commerce. I run usability testing and work on simplifying complex financial workflows—cross-border payments, liquidity movement, trading dashboards, KYC/onboarding journeys, merchant commerce flows, and payout/payin experiences—translating business requirements into interfaces that improve trust, retention, and transaction success rates.

Previously, I worked on an ERP product and helped shape web and mobile product experiences through user stories, sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes. I collaborate closely with developers and product managers to prioritize user-centric work, refine functionality using user feedback and analytics, and ensure consistency across platforms.

I’ve also delivered contract and gig design work for EdTech, crypto/fintech, and hospitality products, including designing mobile responsiveness and accessibility-focused interfaces. Trained through Utiva Design School and grounded in BSc Geography & Environmental management, I bring structured thinking, curiosity, and strong cross-functional collaboration to every design cycle.
