At my family’s shop in Parakou, I welcome and advise customers, manage daily operations, and handle sales and payments. I also track stock, receive and arrange merchandise, and coordinate orders and supplies.
Since June 2022, I’ve run Kèmi’s Pastry, where I take and follow up on orders, organize production, and manage ingredients and stock while meeting deadlines and serving customers.
I’m pursuing a Master 2 in Business and Company Law at Université de Parakou and have also worked as an English-language teaching intern at Collège catholique Saint François de Sales. I’m looking for an opportunity in large-scale retail where I can contribute to customer service and the smooth running of a store.
