I’ve supported daily operations at Solidas Tiles and Marbles by handling high-volume calls, resolving customer complaints, recording sales, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records. My experience as a classroom teacher and library assistant has strengthened my ability to communicate with empathy, manage information carefully, maintain accurate reporting, and help people find the information they need.
