I've led enterprise technology and transformation initiatives at the Texas Division of Emergency Management, BECU, and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, supporting disaster recovery funding, banking operations for more than one million members, and 23 million vehicle registrations.

At TDEM, I lead modernization across Grants Management, Finance, Emergency Management, and Technology Operations. I direct planning, governance, risk, executive reporting, workflow modernization, and cross-functional delivery involving IT, Finance, QA, Operations, regional leadership, and vendors.

At BECU, I directed initiatives across Operations, Fraud, and Credit Risk platforms, coordinating product, engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and vendor teams. I've strengthened portfolio reporting, governance, release planning, business continuity planning, and executive decision-making.

Across public-sector modernization, transportation, child welfare, retirement services, and infrastructure programs, I bring 15+ years of experience translating strategy into operational delivery through PMO governance, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods.
