I bring 13 years 9 months of experience supporting large-scale change and delivering infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on improving the real work experience. As a Change Designer for Digital Teams, I translate strategy into day-to-day adoption by people, teams, and operating realities.
Since July 2020, I Enable and support Change in the IM organisation by accompanying Teams in their sustainable journey. I focus on team dynamics, ways-of-working, mindset and well-being, while using my Klaxoon certification to strengthen how teams collaborate and stay aligned.
Before that, I served as an employee representative (CHS-CT & CE) from October 2012 to June 2020, elected to improve professional context and act as a bridge between employees and company stakeholders (HR, facility management, health & safety, etc.). Earlier, as Chef de Projet Réseaux & Télécoms, I led worldwide Network infrastructure projects (LAN/IP/WAN, Internet access, proxies), handling project delivery, service solution definition and implementation, contracts, and budget follow-up/reporting.
