What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow with a purpose-driven team where I can use CRM, digital marketing, and data analysis to improve customer care, generate quality leads, and boost retention for SMEs/NGOs—while continuously improving in fast-paced environments.

I help SMEs and NGOs improve customer care, generate quality leads, and increase customer retention rates through strategic communication, customer relationship management, digital marketing, and data-driven engagement. I’m known for translating market realities into practical strategies that strengthen competitive positioning.

As a Business Development Manager, I’ve contributed to product development by adding new bakery items and improving online discoverability through Google My Business and Google Maps. I’ve also driven measurable growth—securing new business and increasing sales volume by 37% and 35% through digital marketing in 2020 and 2021—while keeping customer satisfaction at the center of execution.

Outside day-to-day growth work, I bring the same drive to impact-focused leadership. As a Board Member with WGCEO, I’ve supported efforts to eliminate child marriage through education and campaigns, contributed to pandemic response training for 225 internally displaced women, and led fundraising of an NGN 850,000 micro-grant. I also supported strategic planning work that earned recognition from the Netherlands Government and partnership alignment with the UNFPA in 2018.

I value accountability and continuous improvement. I previously served as a Mandela Washington Fellowship Reader, reviewing and scoring ~40 applications using defined rubrics and providing written feedback to guide selection decisions, and I waived my honorarium to support further fellowship activities. Earlier, as an Audit Assistant at KNUST, I conducted audits of 1,276 campus bus tickets to inform a new revenue-collection policy.
