What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my experience leading marketplace and transactional-product design to SaaS, AI, fintech, or other technology companies solving complex user problems.

At Avito, I led product design for strategic real-estate transaction products reaching 400K daily users, including Comfort Deal and Analytics Reports. I partnered with Product and Engineering leadership to redesign end-to-end home-selling journeys, increase listing views by 2.46%, and build scalable foundations for customer decision-making.

Across Avito and SberMarket, I’ve hired 20+ product designers, led teams of up to 8 designers and 2 UX writers, and introduced Design Reviews, UX Research practices, mentoring, and career development systems that supported five internal promotions.
