What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative role where I can organise complex documentation, support accreditation, audit or HR processes, coordinate workflows, and use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of operational work.

At Halal Certification Center LLC, I supported accreditation documentation, international quality-standard audit materials, HR records, technical translations, and annual reporting. I also helped shape the company’s logo, brand book, website content, presentations, and training materials while systematising documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Previously, I managed departmental records, schedules, website and social media administration at Sumy State University, supporting successful programme accreditation and an international conference. My background also includes IT recruitment, e-commerce, digital marketing, and ten years analysing corporate creditworthiness and lending risk at Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
