What I'm looking for

I am an experienced Nephrology Clinical Technologist focused on technical and clinical support for patients with renal failure, including monitoring and education. I want to deliver quality dialysis care while using my communication skills and nutrition knowledge.

I am a nephrology clinical technician with experience in a renal unit and a track record of delivering standard procedures to dialysis patients. I specialize in technical and clinical support of patients with renal failure, with strong venipuncture skills and clear patient education.

In my recent role at Renal Care Institute (Gaborone), I prepared and packaged dialysis solutions, performed daily checks of the water treatment plant, and supported full treatment sessions by connecting/disconnecting access sites and monitoring patients throughout. Previously, as a phlebotomist at Dianofirm Medical Laboratories, I drew blood from an average of 25 patients per day while maintaining a less than 2% recollection rate, coordinating with lab technicians to reduce turnaround times.
