I'm currently leading the end-to-end lifecycle of a SaaS-based digital health workflow platform at Jo WebDesignsCan, from product discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. I use user and stakeholder insights, Power BI performance data, and adoption trends to prioritize roadmap decisions and validate outcomes.

Previously at Almond Media, I managed the roadmap and backlog for a digital client engagement platform, translating business objectives into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready requirements. I partnered with engineering, QA, and external stakeholders to improve usability through journey mapping, feedback analysis, integrations, and post-release reviews.

At AXA Mansard, I owned backlog and roadmap activities for claims workflow automation initiatives supporting digital transformation. I led discovery workshops, coordinated Agile delivery in Jira, supported UAT and defect resolution, and used stakeholder feedback and product metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Across product management and business analysis roles, I've helped teams turn business needs into customer-focused digital solutions through roadmap planning, backlog ownership, Agile ceremonies, release validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
