I’m a Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel who pairs regulatory judgment with hands-on product sense across crypto, web3, fintech, payments, and financial services. I sit close to product and business teams to help design, structure, and launch new products using regulatory frameworks applied to real-world offers.

My track record spans regulatory analysis, licensing, deal structuring, corporate governance, and post-closing enforcement. I’ve structured €30M+ in investment deals, built a licensing and corporate structuring strategy for a crypto-asset platform with $100M in assets under management, and secured creditor status through registration of security over a €700K distressed investment.

As Head of Legal of an investment fund since 2024, I own the full legal function across the fund and 20 portfolio companies—driving legal due diligence, investment terms, M&A, enforcement, governance, licensing, and regulatory matters. I’ve also managed wind-downs and negotiated settlements/no-claims agreements that reduced potential portfolio-company claims exposure from approximately €350,000 to under €80,000.

I bring 7+ years of blockchain and fintech work plus a strong international tax background, enabling me to connect product decisions to licensing eligibility and tax structure. I translate fast-changing rules into practical guidance—embedding compliance into product design (AML, KYC, sanctions, and travel rule) so teams can move with speed while staying compliant.
