What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level remote or hybrid Customer Support role where I can use strong written communication and my comfort with digital tools to help customers with documents, file issues, and online submissions.

I’m a detail-oriented, customer-focused operator with experience supporting people through printing and cybercafé services. I help clients with document handling, online submissions, and quickly resolving file issues while keeping service records accurate.

In my self-employed role, I assisted customers with printing, scanning, typing, and document formatting in a fast-paced environment. I communicated clearly to understand needs, manage payments, and deliver reliable results under pressure.

I’m comfortable using digital tools like WhatsApp, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace, along with Microsoft Word and Excel. I’m currently seeking an entry-level Customer Support position in a remote or hybrid setup where strong communication and fast learning can make an immediate impact.
