What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing or operations-focused role where I can manage key relationships, resolve complex issues, use data to improve execution, and partner across teams to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.

I'm currently supporting mission readiness in the United States Air Force Reserve by leading operational planning and resource coordination for teams of more than 20 personnel.

At Farmers Insurance, I managed a daily portfolio of 10+ residential property claims valued up to $500,000. I coordinated contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal partners to resolve complex issues while maintaining an 80 percent customer satisfaction rating.

Previously at Peoria Nissan, I generated approximately $200,000 in monthly sales revenue through consultative selling and relationship development. I also managed 20 customer relationships monthly and mentored a team of more than 10 employees.
