I’m looking to lead enterprise data governance and compliance programs—turning requirements into operating models, improving data quality, and aligning executives and technical teams to deliver measurable data maturity gains.

I’m a Senior Enterprise Data Governance & Compliance leader with over a decade of experience driving data maturity across top-tier banking and enterprise consulting environments. I translate complex regulatory frameworks like NDMO, PDPL, and GDPR into practical, scalable corporate data strategies that strengthen compliance and unlock analytics.

In my recent roles, I’ve led enterprise-wide and departmental data maturity assessments, built governance artifacts and operating guidelines for Data Management Offices (DMOs), and operationalized governance processes through change management and stakeholder enablement. At First Bank of Nigeria, I orchestrated the rollout of the bank’s first enterprise-wide Data Governance program, co-managed Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) for automated metadata and lineage, and built the Data Domain Governorship scheme to establish clear ownership and stewardship of critical data domains.
