I've supported pharmacy and care clients across Nigeria and Ghana since 2018, helping customers with OTC medication guidance, clear usage explanations, and empathetic service under pharmacist supervision.

I maintain sales logs, medication records, customer information sheets, inventory documentation, expiry checks, and reorder lists. I also relay customer symptoms and medication requests accurately to pharmacists and support appointment reminders and follow-ups.

I'm ready to bring my first aid, elderly care, data-entry, and customer-support experience into a remote Healthcare Virtual Assistant role. I'm available for US EST hours and prepared to learn EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
