What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a cross-functional team where I can improve software quality through manual and automated testing, API testing, defect resolution, and continuous learning.

I'm currently testing software at Prunedge Development Technologies, where I create detailed test plans, review requirements and technical designs, and validate functionality through manual and automated testing.

Previously at Oxygen X Financial, I reported and tracked defects, monitored QA metrics, and automated test processes for new and existing products. I work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

I'm passionate about rigorous quality assurance and exceptional customer experiences, using tools including Cypress, Katalon Studio, Postman, Swagger, Jira, and TestRail.
