At UniTune, I own product and engineering for a group listening app that plays music in sync across multiple phones. I built its multi-device sync engine and integrated multiple music streaming providers.
I also set up analytics and attribution with Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, and Meta, defined activation and retention metrics, and automated releases and crash monitoring. I built and documented the team's AI-assisted development workflow.
At OnSet Co., I led technical strategy and architecture, hired and built the development team, and worked with company leadership to connect technical decisions to business goals. At Pathway, Automated Insurance, I designed and built backend systems and APIs for insurance process automation with distributed remote teams.
Earlier, I built traffic analysis and computer vision systems at AAB Matica, and vision-based IoT systems and web and e-commerce platforms at Key4S DOO. I also ran a nationwide training program for government employees and redesigned parts of government systems.
