At Igmako Smart Solutions, I lead service delivery strategy, regional governance, forecasting, invoicing, and commercial accountability for a portfolio with P&L exceeding $40M. I partner with strategic customers and global technology leaders including NVIDIA, Veritas/Cohesity, Fortinet, and Nutanix.

I've progressed from frontline support through analyst, manager, consultant, and Executive Director roles at NCR and Igmako Smart Solutions. That journey gives me an end-to-end view of service operations, customer experience, escalations, and account development.

I lead executive service reviews, govern SLA/KPI/SQI performance, and turn service reporting into corrective actions and continual improvement. At NCR Atleos, I led initiatives that raised NPS/CSAT by 10–15 points while strengthening loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

I build and mentor globally distributed teams, manage operational risk and business continuity, and keep customer and commercial outcomes aligned through disciplined governance.
