What I'm looking for
I’m an HR and administration assistant who enjoys keeping work systems accurate, people-focused, and well organized. I’m dedicated to contributing to organizational growth while continuously enhancing my skills through real responsibilities.
Most recently, I worked as an Assistant Human Resources and Admin Department (2022-2024), where I maintained accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats and updated HR databases with new hire information. I also assisted in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Before that, I built strong communication and classroom management experience as a Class Teacher/French Teacher (2020-2021), assessing student performance and providing regular feedback to students and parents. Earlier, as a Supervisor (2014-2015), I monitored and evaluated team performance, handled escalations, and conducted safety audits with corrective actions.
I bring clear communication skills (oral and writing), a customer-oriented approach, integrity and transparency, and the ability to work with little supervision. With a B.ED in French and additional language training/certificates, I’m a fast learner who adapts quickly and works confidently as a team player.
