NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
At SAHLAT GENERAL ENTERPRISES, I assisted with computer setup, installation, and maintenance, and resolved software errors and compatibility issues. I also recorded technical issues and resolutions and helped with remote troubleshooting.
During my internship with MTN’s Data Science Department, I worked with Python and SQL on assigned technical activities. I used Anaconda and Jupyter Notebook to work with CSV data and practise data manipulation, and gained exposure to MySQL and Presto query workflows.
My academic project was Fake News Detection, and I also completed website and UI/UX prototype work, including wireframes. I’m seeking a junior IT support or technical support opportunity where I can apply my foundational skills, learn from experienced teams, and provide reliable user support.
