I’m a QA Engineer with 1.5+ years of experience across the SDLC, bringing a developer’s mindset to testing so I can understand issues deeply and help resolve them efficiently. I enjoy working close to product and development teams to turn requirements into reliable test coverage, especially when data accuracy matters.

At Yih Quan Footwear, I support system quality by developing internal tools such as QC Defect Trackers and MES dashboards. I perform API testing with Postman, analyze edge cases, and validate data using SQL—ensuring consistency between ERP and MES reporting. I also conduct UAT and regression testing on a QC Defect Tracking System to maintain accurate, real-time outputs.

I strengthen quality through structured testing and automation-minded thinking: smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing, plus REST API validation for correct status codes and payload accuracy. I also execute security and functional testing for an internal HR system, including role-based access and form validation, using tools like Postman, GitLab, Chrome DevTools, DBeaver, and Taiga.

Before QA-focused work, I built fundamentals as part of system analyst and IT staff experiences, collaborating with senior analysts to break down functional and non-functional requirements into tasks and documenting SRS and test support materials. I also used front-end development skills (JavaScript/Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and system processes like STLC, Bug Life Cycle, Agile, and Scrum to support delivery with clear communication in English.
