As a Service Desk Analyst, I troubleshoot software and hardware issues, log interactions in the service desk management system, and provide support for commonly used software. I assist in onboarding new employees and collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth service operations.

In my role as an IT Infrastructure and Compliance Engineer, I maintained and monitored network and security systems, managed storage and servers, and conducted security assessments. I also developed compliance testing programs and reported on risk mitigation strategies.
